Who can take part in the games? How long do they last?
Everyone, from 6 to 86 years old! Our games adapt to your level, whether you're an expert or a beginner, young or young at heart.
Each session lasts about 60 minutes. Add about 15 minutes for the briefing.

What is an action game?
It's essentially the next generation of escape game. Know Fort Boyard? Same idea: you spend a few minutes in each room trying to get the highest score possible. Add stunning sets, magical creatures and special effects, and you get "Arcandor's Magical Quest"

Do I need any special abilities?
No, the puzzles rely on your agility, teamwork or sense of logic. You don't need any particular physical abilities.

Are the sets digital?
No, our sets are entirely real, for a complete and realistic immersion. No headsets or giant screens — everything is real (or almost)!

How do I book?
All bookings are made online. You'll then receive a confirmation email with all the useful information.
For "last minute" sessions, less than 1h30 before start, you can book by phone, subject to availability

Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
You can reschedule your session up to 48 business hours in advance.
In case of a medical issue, a session can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
However, refunds are not possible.

What time should I arrive?
You can arrive at the time shown on your confirmation.

Can the venue be privatized?
Absolutely. The venue can be privatized for groups of 20 or more, under certain conditions. Please check the "business" section
